If you change your mind or dislike the product for any reason we accept returns back within 30 days for all unused items. Please note if the bulb has been used you will still be able to return the item however there will be a £1.99 deduction made to your refund for this.

We do not pay for return postage, and all returns remain the liability of the customer until the item has reached us in a safe condition.

In instances where we have sent you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Unfortunately we cannot currently accept exchanges.
